Business Development Tutor / Assessor

Reflections Training Academy are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional team member to join the Business Development team based in the centre of Bristol and visits to the workplace covering a 15 mile radius from the city centre.

Business Development Tutor/Assessor

We are excited to offer this great opportunity for you to tutor, mentor and coach young people, in upskilling themselves to secure personal and professional development within their chosen careers.

Tutor/Assessor Duties to include:

  • To have competency and industry experience with the delivery of the Apprenticeship Standards in the following areas:
    • Business Administration up to Level 3
    • Customer Service Level up to Level 3
  • To deliver innovative and inspiring workshops that will contribute towards the learner's development of their knowledge, skills and behaviours within these standards
  • To monitor learner progress and performance in meeting their individual needs with learner aspirations and set targets, through regular visits to their workplace and reviewing timely progress made.
  • To schedule regular visits and carry out assessments/training within the learner's workplace
  • Excellent communication skills, a team player, friendly and professional
  • A driving licence is essential with access to your own vehicle

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Strong communication skills, approachable and able to initiate ideas
  • Ability to prioritise, good organisational skills and able to adhere to deadlines and targets.
  • Flexible approach and able to inspire and motivate learner's learning.

Where the successful candidate does not currently hold any assessor awards full training and development will be provided.
