  1. Use a product adapted to your hair and scalp. Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp, because it gives your hair the best possible foundation from which to grow. Reflections highly recommends the Nioxin Hair Care System.
  2. Shampoo your hair regularly but ONLY to remove build up of sweat and dirt - if your hair is clean, simply dont wash it or use a dry shampoo which will also add body.
  3. After shampooing, condition your hair to replenish the moisture and strengthen the hair. Hair dryness is a common problem that many women and men with textured hair struggle with, and if left unaddressed this can lead to extensive damage, breakage and thinning.
  4. If wearing hair curly in a ‘wash n go’ style, it is recommended to mist or wet the hair again with a leave-in conditioner up to 2-3 times per week.
