The Reflections’ annual Internal Hair Competitions aim to give our Trainees, Technicians and Stylists of all levels chance to celebrate their skills whilst demonstrating their passion for the industry. Open to all Team Members across all salons, the competition focuses on the creativity and flair that entrants bring to the table and is a fun, inspiring and much anticipated event. ​​Categories include Final Finish, Colour Vision, Commercial and Avant Garde.

Judged blindly by a panel of Salon Directors, the entrants are rated on their fulfilment of the brief, creativity, execution and professional finish.

The Winners are announced at the annual Reflections Awards Evening and Party with amazing prizes including Holiday Vouchers.
