Reflections are a dynamic and forward-thinking Training provider dedicated to creating opportunities for learners to excel in their Hairdressing & Barbering careers and are part of the Reflections Hairdressing Group with 2 Academies and 13 salons across Birmingham, Bristol, Gloucester and Taunton.

We are passionate about empowering individuals through education and supporting them into successful careers. We are currently looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Learner Engagement/Enrolment Co-ordinator to join our Birmingham team.

The Role As a Learner Engagement/Enrolment Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our learners. You’ll be the first point of contact for young people looking to start a career in Hairdressing and/or Barbering, guiding them through their enrolment journey and supporting them into apprenticeships or full-time training programmes.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage and recruit young learners for apprenticeships or full-time training programmes. • Support learners in securing employment or placements through liaising with new and existing employers. • Build strong relationships with learners from the beginning of their journey, offering guidance, support, and motivation. • Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their goals and match them with suitable opportunities. • Organise and lead welcome days, open days, and other recruitment events. • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote learner engagement and increase recruitment. • Work closely with the Director and management team to support continuous improvement efforts. • Analyse recruitment and engagement data to drive future strategy.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with a passion for education and youth development who thrives in a dynamic environment. Essential Qualities: • Experience in working with or supporting young people. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. • Passionate about making a positive impact through education. • Competent with Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business. • Previous experience in the training or education sector.(desirable but not essential) • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
